| Our Cap Ferrat rental properties are within 10 kilometers of the principality of Monaco. Monte Carlo is the center of a great deal of the entertainment on the French Riviera. We do not have rental properties in Monte Carlo. However we do have one lovely villa located in the hills above Monte Carlo in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It has a spectacular view down the spine of Cap Martin and the surrounding terrain. Primarily, it rents by the month in High Season and for a minimum of two weeks during other seasons. Its owner requires a minimum of six months advanced notice for rentals. During rentals, she maintains one of her separate apartments to be available for providing assistance in planning local trips into Italy and the nearby countryside and recommending itineraries.
